Tarek was our driver and a really nice guy, friendly, professional, and very helpful. He picked us up from Cairo Airport and waited for us for quite a long time because of airport delays, which we really appreciated.

I also accidentally left my jacket in the car, and Tarek went out of his way to return it to our hotel. I really appreciated his honesty and kindness.

The whole journey was smooth, comfortable and stress-free from start to finish. Everything was well organised, making the long journey so much easier, especially as we were travelling with our two children. Van was new, clean and the driver was ready to pick us up before we even de-planed. We had a bit of trouble finding the driver, would have been helpful if he had a sign (but our booking was very last minute so that may have been the reason for no sign). The only thing i wish was clearer was the method to pay. you don’t pay in advance and pay when you get there. luckily we had the $30 in USD on us but im not sure what we would have done if we didnt! It was never communicated how the payment would go when we booked. But they got us to the hotel safely and quickly (as quick as the busy streets would allow) and we didnt have to haggle with a taxi driver, so all good there!
