I used this company to book a transfer from my hotel near Giza pyramids to the Cairo airport. I requested a van and scheduled a pickup time for the next day. Everything was easy and quick to arrange, all via WhatsApp. The morning of, I contacted them to change the time to 30 minutes early, they accommodated this request which was appreciated. I arrived late at night with 2 young kids but felt very safe having a driver from this company shuttle us to our hotel in Maadi. Booking was easy, they sent follow up confirmations, and gave me a picture of who to look for after exiting the airport. The driver waited patiently as I finished going through immigration, baggage claim, and getting a SIM card. I plan on using this service again.
